What amazing place not far from downtown. It is the cutest little book store packed with a surprise....coffee, wine and some of the tastiest foods anywhere. The chocolate croissants are a must and the cheesecake is great!! We’ve been more than a few times and I think we have seen the owners there every time. Where do you see that anymore? It’s a small business owned by a focused and caring owner who will always say hello. Take a few minutes out of your day to shop and snack at this fun store.

PecanTown Books and Brews is such a cozy little spot. Nice people, tasty croissants, and good coffee in a super relaxing spot full of books—what more do you need? My kiddo loved the pizza and fruit, and I’m still thinking about that cinnamon roll!

We are from houston and I’ve never been able to find this good of a quiche or coffee cake in houston! Must stop here if you’re driving to houston from San Antonio!

First time trying this place for brunch, would definitely recommend. Cozy coffee shop atmosphere, delicious fresh made food, and a very warm and helpful staff. Great book shop as well!

This is a hidden gem. The service was excellent along with the coffee. They have outside seating and a wide book selection. The whole downtown area of Seguin is very nice and I would argue better than Fredericksburg.

I recently moved to seguin and was looking for a local coffee shop and I found this ! It was super quint and very homey the coffee was so delicious and they put EXTRA love in it ! They have brunch, desserts and books! Very welcoming. This is my go to spot from now on !!

This place is an absolute gem! Happened across it yesterday on a visit down from Austin and instantly fell in love. A good crowd well after lunch, lots of happy faces enjoying some excellent food and drinks. A nice seating area (in and out) and a well stocked selection of books for all ages. Well done! We had the mid-day bruschetta and it was superb! The focaccia was the star of the show. Great cup of coffee and iced tea and the nicest staff! I’m going back! Try it and see!
